Responsibilities/Relationships

Perform analysis to determine opportunities for creation of supplier catalogs for ease of ordering and automation of purchase order transactions. Includes interfacing with suppliers for developing and testing of “punchout" catalogs as well creation of internal catalogs.

Manage and execute supplier on-boarding process, Serve as primary interface with third party suppliers.  Develop and distribute reports summarizing transactions processed through the eProcurement system.

Perform all user profile administration functions for the eProcurement application. Includes establishing new users, profile changes.

 eProcurement Development
•    Champion, embed and oversee the on-going development of eProcurement system and tools into end to end procurement process
•    Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective development of eProcurement strategy
•    Monitoring best practice in eProcurement in other organizations to ensure eProcurement system and processes are leading edge

Support & Incident Management
•    Support eProcurement Manger as necessary to ensure all inquiries from any stakeholder is prioritized and correctly answered in a timely manner.
•    Review operational metrics and identify recurrent trends
•    Strategize with eProcurement Manger and external support service provider to mitigate or eliminate recurring user pain points

Supplier Management
•    Support Strategic Sourcing stakeholders as necessary with regards to supplier on-boarding/training; new supplier set-up; and issues/questions related to the eProcurement system


Catalog, Content and Communications Management
Manage communication of relevant eProcurement information via appropriate channels such as the Content Management module of eProcurement, digital publications, newsletters, eProcurement surveys or webcasts

Systems Documentation and Training
•    Support eProcurement Manager as necessary to ensure the following:
o    eProcurement system documentation is up to date
o    FAQs, best practices and eProcurement knowledgebase is current and communicated to relevant stakeholders
•    Help design and Deliver webinars/training events to key stakeholders

Application Analysis and Requirements Development
•    Assess functionality and conduct analysis of eProcurement and other sourcing technologies
•    Recommend parameter changes, functionality improvements, solution enhancements and business process changes
•    Provide business oversight of technology projects, participate in testing activities and ensure new capabilities are implemented effectively

Qualifications
•    B.A/B.S degree or equivalent work experience preferred
•    3-5 years’ experience working in a sourcing or procurement related role
•    eProcurement systems knowledge highly desirable
