Our direct client is a local leader in the temporary power and climate control services and equipment in the industry. They are currently seeking an Office Manager for a permanent full-time position. This will include office administrative duties, answering phones, invoicing/receivables, secretarial functions, assisting in scheduling/travel arrangement, coordinating deliveries, presentations, reviewing rental agreements, and extensive use of QuickBooks.
